If you are prefer ordering items using a paper order form, please follow these instructions:

- Print the form. Fill out your order and calculate the total.
- Mail order and payment to

Berkeley, CA 94704-4020 - Make checks payable to American Church Union.
- Allow up to 15 business days for shipping and handling.
Payment Options
Order Online: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. California residents pay 8.25% sales tax.
Order by Mail: We accept only paper checks for mail-in orders.
Shipping Rates
Packages are normally shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Flat Rate. Normal shipment time frame is up to 10 business days for US and Canada and up to 15 business days for International and all paper order forms.
US & Canada Shipping Rates
Up to $20.00: $5.99
$20.01 – $50.00: $7.99
$50.01-$100.00: $12.35
$100.01 and up: $17.35
Global Shipping Rates (outside of US and Canada)
Up to $20.00: $15.00
$20.01 – $50.00: $40.00
$50.01-$100.00: $50.00
$100.01 and up: $80.00
